For public registries such as NuGet.org, there is a 3-6 hour delay between when a package is pushed to the public registry and when it is available for download. This delay depends on job timing and data propagation. When the upstream source is an Azure Artifacts feed, the latency is typically no more than a few minutes.

A: No. A user with Reader role in an Azure Artifacts feed can only download packages that have been saved to the feed. Packages are saved to the feed when a Collaborator, a Contributor, or an Owner install those packages from upstream.
A: The package will not be available for download from the feed and the version number gets reserved permanently. The package also will no longer be saved from the upstream source. Earlier and later versions of the package will not be affected.

The server on which FFmpeg and MPlayer Trac issue trackers were installed was compromised. The affected server was taken offline and has been replaced and all software reinstalled. FFmpeg Git, releases, FATE, web and mailinglists are on other servers and were not affected. We believe that the original compromise happened to a server, unrelated to FFmpeg and MPlayer, several months ago. That server was used as a source to clone the VM that we recently moved Trac to. It is not known if anyone used the backdoor that was found.

Kisspeptin enters into receptor sites in the pituitary gland, starting a reaction that causes the gland to release neurotransmitters. Those neurotransmitters then signal the release of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone. These hormones have a role to play in the production of testosterone and oestradiol. Without kisspeptin, this entire chain reaction would be damaged.Kisspeptin has a secondary function that is not related to hormones. Its original name, metastin, points to its ability to prevent the spread of cancer in the body.Kisspeptin is released in conjunction with two other hormones: dynorphin and neurokinin B. These two hormones are not understood well, but early research indicates they may have a role in causing the release of kisspeptin.
