Tried this and now i am in the middle of no where. Just lost os and now it just goes straight to recovery and that also does not re install lion :( any ways working on it should be able to find a solution :)

If you have the foresight to let Time Machine perform a full backup of your Mac before running the Lion installer (but after it has downloaded from the App Store) then you can skip re-downloading the 4Gb file. Just go to Time Machine, visit your Applications folder, find the TM backup with the Lion installer (Install Mac OS X Lion) and restore it. Ta-da! ;)

This process should work as described but the restoration process could fail with an error. You can overcome this by first mounting the InstallESD.dmg file and then using the mounted volume as the Source for the restoration, instead of the disk image file itself.
To do this, first select the InstallESD.dmg file in the Disk Utility sidebar and click the Open button in the Disk Utility toolbar. When mounted, you will see a volume name appear called "Mac OS X Install ESD" underneath the image file. Apple actually thought about this exact scenario. If your MacBook is from Mid-2010 or later and has previously had Lion installed on it, you should be able to use Lion Internet Recovery. It's similar to using the Recovery Partition, but intended for cases where that partition is not available (e.g. a new hard drive.) Hold down Cmd-R while booting, and it will download the recovery partition from Apple and then boot into the normal recovery partition.
The easiest way is to download CarbonCopyCloner, and purchase a USB to SATA cable. When you start the copying process, CCC will notice that your new disk doesn't have the recovery partition and offer to make it for you. At that point, it will shrink the existing partition on your drive, and create the boot partition. At that point, your drive is bootable to it's recovery partition. From there, you can either install Lion from the App store (which is what I did), let CCC copy data over, or do your Time Machine restore (didn't test time machine.) Should you find CCC worthwhile, purchase a license.
